Cornish cream tea cocktail

Serves 1

You will need

Wrecking Coast Clotted Cream Gin 35ml
Framboise 25ml
Fresh lemon juice 20ml
Sugar syrup 10ml
Strawberries 2 medium, muddled

To garnish:
Strawberry 1, halved
Clotted cream ice cream 3 small scoops
Dried strawberries 1 tsp


  1. Shake all of the ingredients in a cocktail mixer and strain over crushed ice.
  2. To garnish, top the cocktail with the strawberry, ice cream and crushed dried strawberries.

‘This is a delicately balanced cocktail with big wild strawberry and subtle floral notes,’ says Chris.
