Serves 1

You will need

Mahiki coconut rum 50ml
Briotett mandarine liqueur 35ml
Fresh lime juice 25ml
Passion fruit ½
Rum 20ml
Ice cubed and crushed

Method

  1. Put the coconut rum, mandarine liqueur and lime juice into a shaker, add the cubed ice and shake hard.
  2. Strain into a tumbler or skull shaped glass filled with crushed ice.
  3. Scoop the seeds from the passion fruit and add to the tumbler.
  4. Fill the empty passion fruit skin with overproof rum, place on top of the drink, light with a match and serve immediately.
