You will need
Mahiki coconut rum 50ml
Briotett mandarine liqueur 35ml
Fresh lime juice 25ml
Passion fruit ½
Ice cubed and crushed
- Put the coconut rum, mandarine liqueur and lime juice into a shaker, add the cubed ice and shake hard.
- Strain into a tumbler or skull shaped glass filled with crushed ice.
- Scoop the seeds from the passion fruit and add to the tumbler.
- Fill the empty passion fruit skin with overproof rum, place on top of the drink, light with a match and serve immediately.
