The Olive Tree

Three AA rosette dining in the beautiful city of Bath

The Olive Tree is set within the popular and acclaimed Queensberry Hotel, a beautifully quirky, and quirkily beautiful, townhouse hotel.

Head chef Chris Cleghorn oversees a menu which draws heavily on high-quality local produce. It might sound like an idle claim (it’s something you hear bandied about a lot these days), but Bath is lucky to be surrounded by exceptional, lush farmland and The Olive Tree has taken the time and trouble to build up great relationships with local suppliers of fruit, vegetables, cheeses and meat. Chris fashions this fantastic bounty into a striking, delicious and frequently-changing menu.

Only Bath’s second restaurant to be awarded three AA rosettes, The Olive Tree is no less serious about the business of wine, and its list has also been recognised as the best in the country by The Good Food Guide.

The Olive Tree frequently offers specially-priced lunches or dinners, which are tied in with promotions in the hotel’s Old Q Bar. Both locations are firmly established as great places to meet, eat, drink and relax in Bath.
