Penzance restaurant by talented chef, Bruce Rennie
After working for big names such as Rick Stein and Gary Rhodes among others, The Shore is chef Bruce Rennie’s pioneering solo project.
Specialising in fish and seafood, this simple but lovely neighbourhood restaurant makes the most of its coastal surroundings using the best ingredients available each day. Ethically sourcing this produce is top of Bruce’s agenda, and from day boat fish to local veg growers, every item is carefully considered.
The menu itself is small but well rounded with dishes creatively designed and elegantly presented. The fish may be the star of the show here, but there are equally impressive options for meat lovers – such as the braised lambs neck – and for vegetarians, courgette and tomato gnocchi.
Open for lunch and dinner, it’s one to make a beeline for.
