  • Martell VS Cognac 40ml
  • Egg 1
  • Cream 25ml
  • Spiced sugar syrup 20ml
  • Pimento Dram 1.25ml
  • Fever Tree Lemonade
  1. Whisk the egg and cream together with a forked spoon.
  2. Add the egg mix to a cocktail shaker with the cognac, sugar syrup and Pimento Dram, then shake.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again.
  4. Strain into a glass and charge with lemonade.
