If the fact that it’s the only Japanese restaurant in the county is not a good enough reason to visit Soushi, then the fact that it’s also very good, with a band of faithful customers who return time and again, should be. Dish-wise, expect to choose from a wide variety of sushi, miso soup, tempura, gyozas and edamame beans and full hot platters like slow roast pork belly with crackling and teriyaki sauce. The bento box comes highly recommended by regulars, and try the take-away menu too.
