A stone’s throw from the beautiful North Cornish harbour of Boscastle, The Long Bar is a traditional pub located in the historic grade two listed Wellington Hotel. It’s a great place to enjoy a drink, snack or homecooked meal alongside Cornish real ales or a glass of wine, while relaxing next to the open fire.
All meals are freshly prepared by head chef Stephen Marsh and his team, with the majority of the produce sourced from suppliers within 30 miles of Boscastle. Expect dishes such as local bass with mussels, clams and crayfish.
The Long Bar satisfies most tastes with a range of soft drinks, beers, wines and spirits, with popular real ales brewed in Cornwall. The wine cellar holds more than 60 different wines and new varieties are added regularly. It’s also a place to stay overnight as The Wellington has a long history of offering fine accommodation with 14 traditional bedrooms – with all mod cons.
