Regal Rogue

Serves 1

You will need

Regal Rogue Wild Rosé Vermouth 50ml
Aperol 15ml
Prosecco to serve
Lemon a slice
Fresh mint a few leaves
Ice cubes to serve

Method

  1. Add the vermouth, Aperol and ice cubes to a wine glass.
  2. Top with prosecco and garnish with a slice of lemon and mint leaves.
